This straw-coloured Prosecco with a light greenish tinge features a persistent yet subtle effervescence and a bold yet fresh and elegant bouquet that boasts lovely notes of wildflowers with a pleasing fruitiness. Whereas in the mouth, you will notice a sense of freshness and balance with hints of apple and pear. This Prosecco boasts a finish rich in flavour that is at once bold and elegant.

Bisol’s 2013 “Crede” Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is a one-of-a-kind Prosecco that comes to life on the hills of the Bisol estate and is produced from the Glera, Verdisio and Pinot Blanc grapes. The first two varieties grow prosperously in the area of Valdobbiadene on clay-rich soil called crede in Italian. It is from this fertile type of soil that this splendid sample of Prosecco draws its name. Bisol’s Crede is an Italian spumante rich with fruity and floral aromas that prove to be quite appealing and refined, and features notes that only the best bubblies of the like feature.
