Il Pinot Nero dell'azienda vinicola La Piotta è prodotto nell'Oltrepò Pavese, con uve vendemmiate un po' più tardi dello standard, dopo un'accurata selezione. La fermentazione avviene sulle bucce a temperatura controllata per circa 15-20 giorni. Fruttato e di corpo, è un vino "tradizionale", ottimo per accompagnare un pranzo in famiglia.
