Submit your request and prepare the parcel:

- Complete this form within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods*. 

- Post the products** within 14 calendar days of submitting this form to the following address:

* If your order consists of several parcels delivered separately, the 14-day period is counted from the date the last parcel is received.

**You are responsible for the postage costs for returning the products.


Refund times and procedures

Once we have received your notification, we will refund the full amount paid (including the initial delivery charges, if applicable).

- Timing: You will receive your refund within 14 days of informing us of your decision. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of dispatch.

- Method: The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase. You will not incur any additional costs to receive the refund.


When is a return not possible?

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following two cases:

- Products made to measure or clearly personalised.

- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery.


Is the wine damaged or does it have a cork taint?
