Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Al naso frutta e fiori freschi accompagnati da note agrumate di limone e fiori di arancio. Al palato è fresco, sapido, minerale e di buona struttura. Lungo il finale.

Ottimo in abbinamento al salmone e alla trota affumicata, si sposa bene anche con formaggi di media stagionatura.

La vendemmia avviene a mano con accurata scelta delle uve a cui segue pressatura diretta soffice del grappolo intero. Infine, riposa in acciaio per 12 mesi sulle fecce fini prima di poter esprimere tutta la sua equilibrata struttura.
