Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2022 - La Braccesca, Antinori

This dark, ruby red boasts notes of ripe fruit that blend with aromas of tobacco and spices. It opens on a warm note with smooth balance that is characterised by mellow, elegant tannins. In the mouth it boasts notes of cherry and blackberry and features a long, mineral, persistent finish.

The perfect wine to accompany any course of meal, this red pairs especially well with rich meat or game-based main courses. It is a definite must-try with Sangiovese risotto.

The beautiful La Braccesca estate stretches out over a total surface area of 420 hectares and is made up of two different entities: the historic company headquarters in the region of Montepulciano, and the other in Cortona with its 162 hectares of vineyards. The Antinori Vino Nobile di Montepulciano was first created in 1990 in the former an elegant and bold red wine that is aged in oak barrels for approximately 12 months before being aged for another year once bottled.
