Hailing from a single hill in the municipality of Valdobbiadene, these wines bear the exclusive “Di Cartizze” label. This area is one-of-a-kind insofar as it gives the Prosecco produced here a certain straightforwardness and mineral quality that you cannot find elsewhere. The bubblies produced here are uniquely classy Italian spumanti with elegant aromas. This Dry version, in particular, is perfect at the end of a meal or for pairing with dry, crumbly sweets.
