Tasting Notes

Rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei. Al naso è maturo, con note di frutta scura e sottofondo fresco nel finale; predomina la polpa di prugna insieme a sentori di ciliegia, andando con progressione ed equilibrio verso note di liquirizia e menta. Al gusto ha prontezza e disponibilità, è ricco e armonioso. Ottimo al palato, grazie allacidità e alla strutturata morbidezza dei tannini. Il retrogusto è ricco, sapido e caratterizzato da una dolce persistenza.
