Prodotto dall'azienda vinicola Rontana, Il Sangiovese Brisighella è ottenuto esclusivamente da uve provenienti dall'omonimo comune romagnolo, con vigne poste a circa 400 metri sul livello del mare, dal suolo marnoso-arenario, ricco di argille. Dopo la vendemmia manuale, avviene la macerazione a freddo, seguita dalla fermentazione: successivamente il vino sosta per almeno un anno in acciaio e cemento.
