Tasting Notes

Rosso rubino intenso locchio. Al naso, decisi sentori fruttati di amarena, prugna e mora sono arricchiti da sottili ricordi speziati di pepe rosa. Giustamente tannico al sorso, succoso e ben bilanciato. Buona la lunghezza.

Pairings

Da bere anche a tutto pasto, accompagna perfettamente la cucina di terra. Perfetto con il tacchino in casseruola.
