We are in Burgundy, in the magical Chablis region, more precisely in La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, a small, charming village near Chablis. Here, the clayey and calcareous soils dating back to the Jurassic period, vines that are around 30 years old and optimal exposure allow the wines to develop the right concentration of freshness and distinct minerality.
