DOMAINE SÉVERIN ET GILLES CHOLLET

Domaine Chollet owes much of its successful history to Roland Chollet and his wife Simone. Starting from scratch, it was they who founded the estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire. The first Chollet wine was produced in 1960, marking the beginning of a long series of awards and medals. Later, in 1980, Roland's son Gilles joined the family business. Strengthened by this new partnership, father and son discovered new terroirs and acquired additional land. Gilles then took over from his parents at the end of the 1980s. First with his wife Valérie and later with the support of his son Séverin, he brought new prestige to the family estate, working in step with the times and with the utmost respect for the terroir and nature.
