Tasting Notes

It has a beautiful ruby red colour. The nose opens with lovely aromas of cherry and wild blueberry, giving way to hints of peony blossom and liquorice. It enters the mouth with a medium-bodied, full-flavoured taste, fruity and enveloping, offering great satisfaction.

Perfect with meat dishes, including white meat: try it with roast chicken breast.
